We specialise in installing Seamless Aluminium Guttering (SAG) This system originated in Canada and has been in use in the UK for approximately 30 years. The guttering is formed into an attractive ogee shape and has a powder coated satin finish that will not discolour over time. Because of the 5 inch gutter size and shape SAG, can cope with a heavy down pour or flash floods without the fear of overflowing.

Keeping concrete finlock guttering watertight can be a problem. Our solution is a one piece seamless aluminium liner matching the finlock shape that sits inside the guttering and travels under the roof tiles eliminating chances of leaks.

If new down pipes are required, we can offer two options, Aluminium and PVC: ALUMINUIM is available in either round roll form or cast aluminium in a traditional finish with eared collars or a contemporary finish in round or square. These are available in any colour, on special order. PVC PVC downpipes are available in round or square shape with a choice of colour finishes.

We offer a complete renewal system whereby existing fascia board is removed and replaced with a thick uPVC fascia. This process involves checking the rafters for rot and if necessary replacing them with new timber. If the underlying felt is found to have also perished, this will not be a problem as all new fascias are fitted with a plastic damp course between the roof tiles and the fascia.

We offer two types of soffit boards: A 9mm thick uPVC soffit board which can be supplied in either a plain flat soffit giving a smooth clean finish (this is also available ventilated). Alternately, a vee grooved soffit can be provided which is ideal when a wide soffit is required for porches and overhanging bays. These soffit lenghs are interlocking, so any width can be supplied.

These are fitted to the edge of the roof apex. As they are highly visible, a decorative architrave can be fitted to provide to give an attractive finish. If the roof tiles need repointing at this stage, it will not pose a problem for our skilled team.

Cladding boards are used to cover the outside walls of a property either horizontally or vertically. The boards are available in either 100mm (4inch) vee grooved style or 150mm (6inch) shiplap style.

To minimise blockages caused by fallen leaves, leaf a guard can be fitted to the guttering. This is a continuous plastic mesh that sits neatly on top of the guttering.
